Late/No Show/Cancellation Policies:

Because Mary Stella Studio reserves a specific amount of time for each particular service, it is important that you arrive on time. We respectfully require a minimum notice of 24 hours to cancel an appointment because it impacts the opportunity to service other clients.

A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS FOR NEW CLIENTS.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, your treatment time will be reduced or cancelled & considered a "No Show".

• In the event of more than one (1) NO SHOW, Mary Stella Studio reserves the right to charge a “No Show Fee" of:
• $100.00 (MONDAY–FRIDAY) and $150.00 (SATURDAY–SUNDAY)
• ​​In the case of two (2) CANCELLATIONS with less than 24 hours notice, Mary Stella Studio reserves the right to charge a “Cancellation Fee” of:
• $70.00 (MONDAY-FRIDAY) and 90.00 (SATURDAY-SUNDAY)
